إصدار “100 بطاقة شخصية” كدفعة أولى ضمن أنشطة مشروع “توفير سبل العيش والتمكين الإقتصادي وتقديم خدمات متعددة القطاعات” بمحافظة صعدة. Issuance of “100 IDs” as a 1st batch including the activities of “Livelihoods, economic empowerment and multi-sectoral services” project in Sada’h governorate.
مواصلةً للأنشطة الخدمية التي تقدمها مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية (ZDF)، حصلت “١٠٠ مستفيدة” من مديريات (كتاف – حيدان – ساقين) كدفعة أولى على البطائق الشخصية وذلك بهدف تسهيل المعاملات اليومية للمستفيدات، وكذلك للحصول على الخدمات الرئيسية الهامة والتي تتطلب إمتلاك الهوية الشخصية. كان ذلك بالتعاون والتنسيق مع مصلحة الأحوال المدنية بالمحافظة.
وتكُمن أهمية البطائق الشخصية في أنها تقوم بتسهيل الكثير من الخدمات، مثل استلام الحوالات النقدية أو الحصول على المساعدات الغذائية، وغيرها.
وتعتبر هذه الخدمات، جزءً من أنشطة “المساحة الآمنة” التي تقيمها مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية (ZDF)، بتمويل من صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان حيث يهدف بشكل أساسي لتأهيل وتمكين المرأة، خصوصاً في ظل الصعوبات والعراقيل التي تواجهها والظروف التي تمر بها، وذلك بآليات عمل تسهل حصول المرأة على البطاقة الشخصية بسهولة، باعتبارها حق من حقوقها. حيث تسعى المؤسسة الى ضمان تمكين المرأة من الحصول على كافة حقوقها التي كفلها لها الدستور والقانون.
As a continuation of ZDF’s service activities, “100 female beneficiaries” from (Kittaf – Haidan – Saqeen) districts were assisted with personal IDs as a first batch on, in order to facilitate daily transactions of them, as well as to obtain important key services requiring possession of personal identity. This was in cooperation and coordination with the governorate’s Civil Status Department.
The importance of personal IDs is that they facilitate many services, such as receipt of cash transfers or access to food assistance, among others.
These services are part of ZDF’s “safe space” activities, funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), aimed primarily at rehabilitating and empowering women, especially with difficulties, obstacles and conditions they face, through mechanisms that facilitate women’s easy access to personal cards, as a right. ZDF seeks to ensure that women have access to all their rights guaranteed by the Constitution and by law.
