مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية (ZDF) تختتم دورة تدريبية في مجال الخياطة والتطريز بتمكين “30” مستفيدة كدفعه ثانية في مديرية (ساقين). (ZDF) concludes a training course in sewing and embroidery by enabling “30” female beneficiaries as a second batch in (Saqeen) district.
مكنَّت مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية “30” مستفيدة من مديرية (ساقين) وذلك ضمن خطتها السنوية لبناء القدارات والتدريب وضمن أنشطة مشروع “توفير سبل العيش والتمكين الاقتصادي وتقديم الخدمات متعددة القطاعات عبر المساحات الآمنة”، حيث مكنتهم وأكسبتهم مهارات استخدام مكائن الخياطة بأنواعها، وأيضاً كل ما يتعلق بأساسيات الخياطة، وقد استمر التدريب 12 يوماً.
يمثل هذا التدريب خصوصاً وعمليّات التّأهيل عموماً التي تخضع لها النساء تجربة جديدة بالنسبة لهن، لكن هذه التجربة عملت على كسر الكثير من الحواجز التي كانت موجودة سابقاً في حياتهنّ، وفتحت لهنّ آفاقاً معرفية جديدة، وهي يوماً بعد يوم تؤكد على أن المرأة لديها من الطاقات ما يجعلها عنصراً فعالاً في بناء مستقبل أفضل.
وتدرك المؤسسة أهمية المشاريع التنموية، حيث أن عودة العائلات لحياتها الطبيعية مرهون بإستعادة مصادر رزقها خصوصاً مع الصعوبات المعيشية الحالية التي تواجهها هذه الأسر، وتمثل أنشطة تمكين المرأة جانب هام جداً لأنه يعمل على تعزيز التعافي الإقتصادي وتحسين سبل العيش للأسر النازحة والأشد ضعفاً.
بالإضافة لما تم ذكره أعلاه، هذا التدريب يعزز دور المرأة القيادي، ويسهم في زيادة نسبة مشاركتها في جميع القطاعات وعلى جميع المستويات الوظيفية من خلال استثمار طاقاتها وقدراتها وتوسيع خيارات العمل أمامها وزيادة مشاركتها لضمان تكافؤ الفرص والدخول والتنوع في سوق العمل.
وتأمل المؤسسة من خلال هذه المشاريع إلى رفع نسبة المؤشرات وتحقيق قفزات نوعية فيما يخص تمكين المرأة وزيادة مشاركتها الإقتصادية في سوق العمل.
Al-Zahra Development Foundation empowered (30) female beneficiaries from (Saqeen) district as part of its annual capacity-building and training plan within activities of “Livelihoods, Economic Empowerment and Multi-sectoral Services across Safe Spaces” project, where they were empowered and gained the skills of using sewing machines of all kinds, as well as all things related to the basics of sewing and embroidery during 12 days.
This training, in particular, and the rehabilitation processes that women undergo in general, represent a new experience for them, that has broken down many of the barriers that previously existed in their lives, opening up new cognitive prospects for them, day by day it confirms that women have the potential to be instrumental in building a better future.
(ZDF) recognizes the importance of development projects, since the return of families to normal life depends on the restoration of their livelihoods, especially with the current living difficulties faced by these families. Women’s empowerment activities are a very important aspect as they promote economic recovery and improve livelihoods of displaced and most vulnerable families.
In addition to the above-mentioned, this training enhances women’s leadership role and contributes to increasing their participation in all sectors at all levels of employment by investing their capacities, expanding their employment options with increasing their participation to ensure equal opportunities, incomes and diversity in labour market.
Through these projects, (ZDF) hopes to raise proportion of indicators to make qualitative leaps in women’s empowerment and increase their economic participation in labour market.
