(580) متدرب ومتدربة يكملون البرنامج التدريبي في مجال “المهارات الحياتية”. (580) male and female trainees have completed the “life skills”‘ training program.
رغماً عن الظروف الإقتصادية الصعبة وانعدام الوسائل الأساسية للتعليم في عديد من المحافظات والمدن، وفي إطار دعم مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية لقطاع التعليم والتأهيل واستمرار العملية التعليمية في مختلف الظروف وتحفيز الطلاب في المدارس والمجتمعات المحلية، قامت المؤسسة بتنفيذ (١٢) دورة تدريبية في مجال المهارات الحياتية تم تنفيذها في (١٠) مدارس و (٢) جمعيتين محليتين بمديريتيّ (صعدة – الصفراء).
إستمرت هذه الدورات لمدة إثنا عشر يوماً والتي التحق بها (٥٨٠) متدرب ومتدربة من الأطفال، منهم (٤٠٠) طالب وطالبة من العشر المدارس، وكذلك (١٨٠) طالب وطالبة التحقوا بالتدريب في جمعية الوحدة التنموية وجمعية رعاية وتأهيل المعاقين حركياً.
يهدف البرنامج التدريبي إلى دعم العملية التعليمية وإلى تنمية المهارات الحياتية التي يحتاجها الأطفال على مستوى حياتهم اليومية، والتي بشأنها ستساهم بشكل كبير في دعمهم ونجاحهم مستقبلاً أثناء مشوارهم التعليمي والشخصي على حدٍ سواء. بحيث أن هناك العديد من الأنشطة المتنوعة التي سيشارك فيها الأطفال والطلاب بعد التحاقهم بهذا البرنامج التدريبي، فسيتم توزيعهم للمشاركة في أنشطة مختلفة كالتدريب الفني والمبادرات التعليمية والابتكارية وكذلك الرياضية والمجتمعية والعديد من الفعاليات الأخرى التي سيتم تنفيذها في هذه المدارس والجمعيات المحلية خلال الأشهر القادمة، بدعم وتمويل منظمة اليونيسف.
تثمن المؤسسة الجهود المبذولة من قبل الجهات والمكاتب المحلية ذات العلاقة ممثلةً بالمجلس الأعلى لإدارة وتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية والتعاون الدولي، إلى جانب مكتب التربية والتعليم ومكتب الشؤون الإجتماعية والعمل بالمحافظة، والتي سعت إلى إنجاح هذا العمل من خلال تقديم الكثير من الدعم والتسهيلات، أيضاً تقدم المؤسسة شكرها وتقديرها لمدراء ومدربي المدارس والجمعيات المشاركة في المشروع.
Despite the difficult economic conditions and the lack of basic means of education in many governorates and cities, within (ZDF)’s framework of supporting education and rehabilitation sector, the continuation of educational process in various circumstances and motivating students in schools and local communities, ZDF implemented (12) training courses in the field of life skills, in (10) schools and (2) CBOs in (Sada’h – Al-safra’a) districts.
These courses lasted for twelve days and were attended by (580) male and female trainees, including (400) male and female students from the ten schools, as well as (180) male and female students who joined the training in “Unity Association for Development” and “Association of Care and Rehabilitation of disabled persons”.
The aim of this training program is to support the educational process and to develop the life skills that children need at the level of their daily lives, which will greatly contribute to their support and success in future during their educational and personal journey alike. So that there are many diverse activities that children and students will participate in after joining this training program, they will be distributed to participate in various activities such as technical training, educational, innovative, recreational and community initiatives as well as many other activities that will be implemented in these schools and CBOs during the coming months, with support and funding by UNICEF.
ZDF appreciates the efforts made by the relevant local authorities and offices represented by SCMCHA along with the Education and Social Affairs and Labor Offices in the governorate, which were dedicated to make this work succeeded by providing a lot of support and facilities. ZDF also extends its thanks and appreciation for all managers, supervisors and trainers of these schools and CBOs that participating in the project.
