إختتام نشاط التعليم الفني والتدريب المهني ل (120) متدرب ومتدربة في محافظة صعدة. Conclusion of technical education and vocational training for (120) male and female trainees in Sa’dah governorate.
إختتمت مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية (ZDF) اليوم نشاط التعليم الفني والتدريب المهني الفني في مجالات (الخياطة والتطريز – صيانة الهواتف الذكية – كهرباء الطاقة الشمسية) والذي استهدف (120) متدرب ومتدربة من مديريتيّ (صعدة – الصفراء)، تم ترشيحهم من العشر المدارس والجمعيات المحلية المستهدفة من أنشطة مشروع “تحسين وحماية الاطفال المعرضين للخطر والمتضررين من الحرب من خلال توفير المعرفة والمهارات الحياتية والفرص الإجتماعية والإقتصادية والوصول الى خدمات جيدة” الممول من منظمة اليونيسف.
أستمر التدريب لأكثر من شهر وتم تنفيذه بالشراكة مع مكتب التعليم الفني والتدريب المهني بالمحافظة، وبالتنسيق مع المجلس الأعلى لإدارة وتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية والتعاون الدولي، بحيث التحقت (٦٠) متدربة بمجال “الخياطة والتطريز”، و (٦٠) متدرب تم التحقاهم بمجاليَّ “صيانة الهواتف الذكية” و “كهرباء الطاقة الشمسية”، الذين قاموا خلال التدريب بتطبيق كافة المهارات والوسائل ضمن كل مجال، مستخدمين العديد من أدوات التدريب المناسبة مع مراعاة إجراءات الأمن والسلامة.
ولاقى التدريب رضا وقبول المتدربين الذي لوحظ من خلال حماسهم واستمرارهم في تلقي المعلومات الكافية التي أكسبتهم تلك المهارات والمواهب الحياتية وتأهيلهم بالشكل المطلوب، الذي سيمكنهم من تحقيق طموحاتهم وإقامة مشاريعهم الذاتية واكتفائهم الذاتي مستقبلاً وجعلهم عناصر فاعلة تسهم في تحقيق النهوض الإقتصادي على المستوى الشخصي والمستوى الإجتماعي.
سيتم تزويد هؤلاء المتدربين بحقائب التمكين الإقتصادي بعد التحاقهم بتدريب مدته خمسة أيام بعد عيد الفطر المبارك وذلك في مجال “إدارة الأعمال والمشاريع الصغيرة”، الذي بدوره سيساعدهم في إدارة وتنمية مهاراتهم الإدارية ومشاريعهم الشخصية، وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة لهذه المشاريع.
(ZDF) today concluded technical education and vocational training in areas of (sewing and embroidery – smartphone maintenance – solar electricity) which was targeted (120) male and female trainees from both (Sa ‘ada – Al-safra’a) districts, nominated from the 10 schools and 2 CBOs targeted activities of “Improving protection and empowering children and adolescents girls and boys at risk and affected by conflict through provision knowledge, life skills, socio-economic empowerment and access to quality services in Sa’dah” project, funded by UNICEF.
The training continued for more than a month and was carried out in partnership with Technical Education and Vocational Training Office in the governorate, in coordination with SCMCHA, so that (60) female trainees were enrolled in “sewing and embroidery” area, as well as (60) male trainees in “smartphone maintenance” and “solar electricity” areas, who during the training applied all skills and means within each field, using several appropriate training tools taking into account security and safety procedures.
The training matched the trainess satisfaction and acceptance, observed through their enthusiasm and continued receipt of adequate information that earned them life skills, talents and required qualification, which will enable them to realize their aspirations, set up their own enterprises and be self-sufficient in the future as ontributing actors in personal and social economic levels.
These trainees will be provided with economic empowerment kits after enrolling in a five-day training after Eid al-Fitr Al-Mubarak in area of “business management”, which in turn will help them to manage and develop their management skills, personal projects and to achieve the sustainable development of these projects.
