تحت شعار “التأهيل والتمكين”، نفذت مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية (ZDF) خلال الفترة من (3 يوليو – 15 يوليو، 2021) دورة تدريبية في مجال (الخياطة والتطريز) لعدد (24) متدربة من مديريتيّ (شداء – الظاهر)، كجزء من أنشطة مشروع (توفير سبل العيش والتمكين الإقتصادي وتقديم الخدمات متعددة القطاعات عبر المساحات الآمنة للنساء والفتيات) الممول من صندوق الامم المتحدة للسكان UNFPA وبالشراكة مع اتحاد نساء اليمن.
حيث اقيمت الدورة التدريبيه في قاعتين قاعه (أ) ضمت مديرية الظاهر لعدد 12مستفيده وقاعه (ب) ضمت مديرية شداء لعدد 12 مستفيده ..
وقد إستمر التدريب لمدة 12 يوم، مع حرص كادر المؤسسة والمشاركات على الإلتزام بكل إجراءات الوقاية من وباء (كوفيد-19).
وفي نهاية التدريب، تم توزيع أدوات التمكين الخاصة بالمشاركات، والتي كانت عبارة عن مكائن خياطة، ومنظومات طاقة شمسية، بالإضافة إلى كل المستلزمات المتعلقة بالخياطة.
يهدف هذا المشروع والذي يقع ضمن المشاريع سريعة الأثر للأسر الأكثر ضعفاً، إلى التعايش والتماسك الإجتماعي عن طريق تنمية قدرات النساء، وإكسابهن المهن والأشغال اليدوية التي تمكنهن من الإعتماد على أنفسهن لمواجهة التحديات الإقتصادية.
Under the slogan “Rehabilitation and Empowerment” Al-Zahra Development Foundation (ZDF), conducted a training course in the field of (sewing and embroidery) for (24) female trainees from the both (Shida – Aldhahir) districts during the period (July 3 – July 15, 2021) as part of the (Providing livelihoods, economic empowerment and providing multi-sectoral services through safe spaces for women and girls) project’s activities which is funded by (UNFPA) and in partnership with (YWU).
The training course held in two halls, one for (12) trainees from Aldhahir district and the other hall included (12) trainees from Shida , district .
The trainees toke all preventive measures to prevent Coronaviru (COVID – 19) .
The training course was lasted for 12 days in accordance with foundation’s staff and trainees keen to adhere to all measures to prevent the (Covid-19) epidemic.
At the end of the training, empowerment tools were distributed for all participants, which consisted of sewing machines and solar energy systems, in addition to all sewing related supplies.
This project, which is among the quick-impact projects for the most vulnerable families, aims at coexistence and social cohesion by developing women’s capabilities, and providing them with professions and handicrafts that enable them to rely on themselves to face economic challenges.
