مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية تدرب وتمكن الدفعة الأولى لعدد ” 22 “مستفيدة في مجال سبل المعيشة ” تربية المواشي ” في مديريات: قطابر، باقم، غمر. Al-Zahra Development Foundation (ZDF), trains and empowers “22” female beneficiaries from (Qatabir – Baqim – Ghamar) districts, as a first batch in the field of livelihoods “livestock raising”.

نفذت مؤسسـة الزهــراء التنمـوية (ZDF) تدريب وتمكين في مجال “إدارة وتربية الاغنام (المواشي)” لعدد (22) مستفيدة من مديريات (قطابر ــ باقم ــ غمر) وذلك ضمن انشطة مشروع “توفير سبل العيش والتمكين الاقتصادي وتقديم الخدمات المتعددة القطاعات عبر المساحات الآمنة” للعام 2021م بمحـافظة صعدة، وذلك بالتنسيق مع المجلس الأعلى لإدارة وتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية والتعاون الدولي صعــدة ، بتمويل”صنــــدوق الأمــــم المتحـــــدة للسكان (UNFPA)”.
وقد تم تنفيذ التدريب يوم الاربعاء الموافق 13 أكتوبر 2021م، حيث تضمن إستراتيجيات التنمية المستدامة، وكذلك ما يخص قضايا المرأة بكل محاورها، مع التركيز على موضوع “تمكين المرأة اقتصادياً”، من خلال تحسين نسبة مشاركة المرأة في العمل، ورفع نسبة المشاريع الصغيرة الموجهة للمرأة، وكذلك العمل على التقليل من نسبة الفقر للمرأة المعيلة والأشد إحتياجاً والأُسر التي تعيلها النساء، والمواضيع المتعلقة بحماية حقوقهن.
وقد تم إختتام التدريب بتوزيع حقائب التمكين الإقتصادي للمستفديات والتي تحتوي على الأغنام والمضلات الشمسية، وذلك كتشجيع ومساهمة للبدء بمشاريعهن الصغيرة.

Al-Zahra Development Foundation (ZDF), implemented a training and economic empowerment in the field of “sheep (livestock) management and breeding” for (22) female beneficiaries from (Qatabir – Baqim – Ghamar) districts as part of the activities of “Providing livelihoods, economic empowerment and providing multi-sectoral services through safe spaces” project For 2021 in Sada’h Governorate, in coordination with SCMCHA, with funding from (UNFPA).
The training was carried out on Wednesday (October 13, 2021), as it included sustainable development strategies, as well as with regard to women’s issues in all its fields, with a focus on the topic of “women’s economic empowerment”, through improving the rate of women’s participation in work, and raising the percentage of the small projects directed at women. As well as working to reduce the poverty rate of women who support their families, the most needy and issues related to the protection of their rights.
At the end of the training, (ZDF) launched the distribution of economic empowerment kits for those beneficiaries, which contains sheep and umbrellas, as an encouragement and contribution to start their small projects.
