تدريب وتمكين الدفعة الثانية في مجال” تربية المواشي ” من مستفيدي مشروع “‘ توفير سبل العيش والتمكين الإقتصادي “‘ في مديريات: شداء ، الظاهر، باقم . Trained and empowerment the second batch in the field of “livestock ” under “Providing Livelihoods and Economic Empowerment” project in the districts of: Shada, Al Dhaher, Baqim.

مواصلةً لأنشطة التنمية المستدامة، وفي إطار التمكين الإقتصادي للفئات الأكثر ضعفاً، نفذت مؤسسـة الزهــراء التنمـوية (ZDF) تدريب وتمكين في مجال “إدارة وتربية الاغنام (المواشي)” للدفعة الثانية لعدد (22) مستفيدة (GBV)من مديريات (شداء ــ الظاهر ــ غمر)، وذلك ضمن أنشطة مشروع “توفير سبل العيش والتمكين الإقتصادي وتقديم الخدمات متعددة القطاعات عبر المساحات الآمنة” للعام 2021م بمحـافظة صعدة، بالتنسيق مع المجلس الأعلى لإدارة وتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية والتعاون الدولي صعــدة، وبتمويل من “صنــــدوق الأمــــم المتحـــــدة للسكان (UNFPA)”.
وقد تضمن التدريب عدد من المواضيع الهامة، منها: إستراتيجيات التنمية المستدامة، وكذلك ما يخص قضايا المرأة بكل محاورها، مع التركيز على موضوع “تمكين المرأة اقتصادياً”، من خلال تحسين نسبة مشاركة المرأة في سوق العمل، ورفع نسبة المشاريع الصغيرة الموجهة إليها، وكذلك العمل على التقليل من نسبة الفقر للمرأة المعيلة والأشد إحتياجاً والأُسر التي تعيلها النساء، والمواضيع المتعلقة بحماية حقوقهن.
تم إختتام التدريب بتوزيع مجموعة من الأغنام بمعدل “5” لكل مستفيدة مع مضلات شمسية، وذلك كتشجيع ومساهمة للمستفيدات للبدء بمشاريعهن الصغيرة.

In continuation of sustainable development activities, and within the framework of economic empowerment of the most vulnerable groups, Al-Zahra Development Foundation (ZDF), carried out a training and an empowerment in the field of “sheep (livestock) management and breeding” for the second batch of (22) female(GBV) beneficiaries from (Shida – Al Dhahir – Ghamar) districts, Within the activities of “Providing livelihoods, economic empowerment and providing multi-sectoral services through safe spaces” project for 2021 in Sada’h Governorate, in coordination with SCMCHA, and funded by (UNFPA).
The training was included a number of important topics, including: sustainable development strategies, as well as other women’s issues in all its axes, with a focus on the topic of “women’s economic empowerment” by improving the rate of women’s participation in the labor market and raising the percentage of small projects directed to them, as well as reducing the poverty rate for the women who take care of their families, the neediest, the families headed by women and issues related to the protection of their rights.
The training was concluded by distributing a group of sheep at a rate of “5” to each involved female beneficiary with umbrellas, as an encouragement and contribution to start their small projects.
