مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية (ZDF) تُدرِّب وتمكِّن (30) مستفيدة من مديرية (ساقين) في مجال “تربية المواشي”. (ZDF) trains and empowers (30) female beneficiaries from (Saqeen) in the field of “Livestock Breeding”.

نفذت مؤسسـة الزهــراء التنمـوية (ZDF) نشاط تدريب وتمكين (30) مستفيدة من مديرية (ساقين) بمحافظة صعدة وذلك في إطار خطتها السنوية للأنشطة المستدامة للعام 2022، حيث كان التدريب على شكل دفعتين، الأولى (15) مستفيدة والثانية (15) مستفيدة أخرى في مجال “إدارة وتربية الاغنام “المواشي”.

وقد تضمن التدريب والذي يندرج تحت أنشطة مشروع “توفير سبل العيش والتمكين الإقتصادي وتقديم الخدمات متعددة القطاعات عبر المساحات الآمنة” للعام 2022م. كان ذلك بالتنسيق مع المجلس الأعلى لإدارة وتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية والتعاون الدولي فرع محافظة صعــدة، وبتمويل من صنــــدوق الأمــــم المتحـــــدة للسكان (UNFPA)، عدداً من المواضيع الهامة، مثل: إستراتيجيات التنمية المستدامة، وكذلك ما يخص قضايا المرأة بكل محاورها، مع التركيز على موضوع “تمكين المرأة اقتصادياً”، من خلال تحسين نسبة مشاركة المرأة في سوق العمل، ورفع نسبة المشاريع الصغيرة الموجهة إليها، وكذلك العمل على التقليل من نسبة الفقر للمرأة المعيلة والأشد إحتياجاً والأُسر التي تعيلها النساء، والمواضيع المتعلقة بحماية حقوقهن.

وفي ختام التدريب، قامت المؤسسة بتوزيع مجموعة من الأغنام، حيث إستلمت كل مستفيدة عدد (5) أغنام، بالإضافة إلى مضلات شمسية، وذلك كتشجيع ومساهمة للمستفيدات للبدء بمشاريعهن الصغيرة.

 

Al-Zahra Development Foundation (ZDF), implemented a training and empowering activity for (30) female beneficiaries from (Saqeen) district Sada’h governorate as part of its annual plan of the sustainable activities for 2022.

The training which falls under the activities of “Providing Livelihoods, Economic Empowerment and Multi-Sectoral Services through Safe Spaces” project for 2022 and in coordination with SCMCHA funded by (UNFPA), included, a number of important topics, such as: sustainable development strategies, as well as with regard to women’s issues in all its axes, with a focus on the topic of “women’s economic empowerment”, by improving the percentage of women’s participation in the labor market, and raising the percentage of small projects directed to them, as well as Work to reduce the poverty rate for the neediest and families headed by women, in addition to other issues related to the protection of their rights.

At the conclusion of the training, (ZDF) distributed a set of sheep, where each beneficiary received a number of “5” sheep, in addition to umbrellas, as an encouragement and contribution for the beneficiaries to start their small projects.
