مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية (ZDF) تعقد جلسة إرشادية توعوية حول موضوع “العنف المدرسي”. Al-Zahra Development Foundation (ZDF) holds an awareness-raising session on the theme “School violence”.
تحت شعار “ماهو دورك لحماية المرأة وتحديد إحتياجتها” وتزامنا مع حملة ال”16 يوم لمناهضة العنف ضد المرأة” أقامت مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية (ZDF) جلسة إرشادية توعوية بعنوان “العنف المدرسي” إستهدفت عدد من المعلمات والأمهات، حيث تناولت هذه الجلسة التوعوية مفهوم العنف والبدائل الممكن إستخدامها وكيفية مناهضة العنف ضد طلاب المدارس، وتعريف المعلمات والأمهات بالأساليب المستخدمة في توعية الطالبات وذلك عن طريق ثقافة الحوار والإبتعاد عن العنف بأشكاله المختلفة. وقد تم الإستعانة بإحدى الشخصيات التربوية ذو الخبرة الطويلة السابقة وذلك لضمان إيصال الرسالة بفعالية.
تحدثت المشاركات في الورشة بشكل موسع عن العنف المدرسي وأشكاله والخصائص العامة التي يتصف بها العنف، والأسباب المؤدية لتأسيس سلوك العنف لدى الطالبات، والآثار المترتبة على سلوك العنف في المدارس، وكيفية الحد من ظاهرة العنف المدرسي، ودور العاملين في مجال التوجية والإرشاد وحقوق الإنسان في الحد من ظاهرة سلوك العنف المدرسي.
وفي ختام ورشة العمل، كانت أكثر التوصيات من المعلمات والأمهات متركزة حول دور النظافة الشخصية في الحد من ظاهرة “العنف المدرس” حيث أنه عادة ما تلجئ المعلمات لبعض أنواع سلوك “العنف” بسبب النظافة، وعليه فقد تم تسليم عدد من أدوات النظافة للمعلمات، ليتم توزيعها على الطالبات الأكثر إحتياجاً في المدارس.
Under the slogan “What is your role to protect woman and determine her need” and in conjunction with the “16 Days of activism gender-based violence” campaign, (ZDF) conducted awareness mentoring session entitled “School Violence”, targeting a number of teachers and mothers, discussing the concept of violence, possible alternatives and how to combat violence against school children, in order to familiarize female teachers and mothers with the methods used to raise students’ awareness through a culture of dialogue to move away from violence with its various forms.One of the most experienced pedagogue has been involved and consulted to ensure that the message is delivered effectively.
Participants in the workshop spoke extensively about school violence, its forms and general characteristics of violence, the reasons for establishing female students’ violent behaviour, the implications of violence behaviour in schools, how to reduce the phenomenon of school violence, the role of guidance, counselling and human rights workers in reducing the phenomenon of school violence.
At the conclusion of the workshop, the most focused recommendations that were put by female teachers and mothers, were on the role of personal hygiene in reducing the phenomenon of “teacher violence”. Teachers usually resort to certain types of “violence” behaviour because of hygiene. Therefore, a number of toiletries were delivered to female teachers, to be distributed to the most needy students in schools.
