تدريب وتمكين (30) مستفيدة من مديريتيّ (كتاف – حيدان) في مجال “تربيةالمواشي”. Training and empowering of (30) female beneficiaries from (Kitaff – Haidan) districts in the field of “livestock breeding”.
قامت مؤسسـة الزهــراء التنمـوية (ZDF) بتدريب وتمكين (30) مستفيدة وذلك ضمن خطتها الخاصة بالأنشطة المستدامة للعام 2022م بمحافظة صعدة، حيث تم تدريب الدفعتين الثالثة (15 مستفيدة) من مديرية كتاف، وكذلك الدفعة الرابعة (15 مستفيدة) من مديرية حيدان بمحافظة صعدة وذلك في مجال “إدارة وتربية الاغنام (المواشي)”.
الجدير ذكره أن هذا النشاط يأتي ضمن أنشطة مشروع “توفير سبل العيش والتمكين الإقتصادي وتقديم الخدمات متعددة القطاعات عبر المساحات الآمنة” للعام 2022م بمحـافظة صعدة، والممول من صندوق”صنــــدوق الأمــــم المتحـــــدة للسكان (UNFPA)، والهادف إلى تربية المواشي، والحفاظ على الثروة الحيوانية المستدامة.
وقد تضمن التدريب عدداً من المواضيع الهامة، مثل: إستراتيجيات التنمية المستدامة، وكذلك ما يخص قضايا المرأة بكل محاورها، مع التركيز على موضوع “تمكين المرأة اليمنية إقتصادياً”، من خلال تحسين نسبة مشاركتها في سوق العمل، ورفع نسبة المشاريع الصغيرة الموجهة إليها، وكذلك العمل على التقليل من نسبة الفقر للمرأة المعيلة والأشد إحتياجاً والأُسر التي تعيلها النساء، إلى جانب المواضيع المتعلقة بحماية حقوقهن.
وفي ختام التدريب أكد نائب مدير فرع المجلس الأعلى لإدارة وتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية والتعاون الدولي بالمحافظة “حميد مهمل”، ومدير مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية “محمد الدولة” على أهمية تنفيذ هذا النوع من الأنشطة التي تسهم في التعزيز والتمكين الإقتصادي للمرأة.
Al-Zahra Development Foundation (ZDF) has trained and empowered (30) female beneficiaries, as part of its plan for sustainable activities during 2022 in Sada’h Governorate. The 3rd batch (15 female beneficiaries) from Kitaff district, as well as 4th batch (15 female beneficiaries) from Haidan district, were trained in the field of “management and breeding of sheep (livestock)”.
It is worth mentioning that this activity comes within the activities of “Providing Livelihoods, Economic Empowerment, and Providing Multi-sectoral Services Through Safe Spaces” project for last 2022 in Sada’h Governorate, funded by (UNFPA), aimed at raising and preserving livestock.
The training included a number of important topics, such as sustainable development strategies, as well as women’s issues in all their axes, with a focus on the topic of “Economic Empowerment of Yemeni Women”, by improving their participation rate in the labor market, raising the percentage of small projects directed at them and reducing the poverty rate for females, neediest and families headed by women. in addition to issues related to the protection of their rights.
At the end of the training, Deputy Director SCMCHA branch “Hameed Muhamal”, and ZDF’s Executive Manager “Muhammad Al-Dawllah”, emphasized the importance of implementing this type of activities that contributes to promotion and economic empowerment of women.
