نفذت مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية (ZDF) يومي السبت والأحد 6و7 يناير 2024م دورة تدريبية لبناء قدرات المعلمين في عدد من المدارس بمديريتي حيدان والظاهر.

وذلك ضمن مشروع التدخلات الطارئة في مجال التعليم للطلبة الاكثر ضعفاً بمديريتي حيدان والظاهر بمحافظة صعدة والممول من صندوق اليمن الإنساني (YHF)

استهدف النشاط عدد (68) مدرس ومدرسة من معلمي المدارس الست المستهدفة ( مدرسة أروى ،مدرسة الزهراء ، مدرسة الانصار بحيدان )و(مدرسة الاقبال ، مدرسة المجد ومدرسة الزبيري بمديرية الظاهر).

شمل التدريب عدد من المهارات في مجال (الانضباط الإيجابي والادارة الصفية) مما يعزز من قدرات المعلمين في تحسين طرق التدريس والتعامل الإيجابي مع طلاب المدارس .

أُقيم هذا التدريب بالتنسيق مع المجلس المحلي لإدارة الشؤون الانسانية والتعاون الدولي ومكتب التربية والتعليم وبالتعاون مع مشرفي المديريتين .

Al-Zahra Development Foundation(ZDF) implemented a training course on Saturday and Sunday, January 6th and 7th, 2024, to build the capacities of teachers in a number of schools in the directorates of Haydan and Al-Zahir. This was part of the emergency interventions project in the field of education for the most vulnerable students in the directorates of Haydan and Al-Zahir in Saada Governorate, funded by the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF).

The activity targeted (68) teachers and schools from the six targeted schools (Arwa School, Al-Zahra School, Al-Ansar School in Haydan) and (Al-Iqbal School, Al-Majd School, and Al-Zubairi School in Al-Zahir). The training included a number of skills in the field of positive discipline and classroom management, which enhances the abilities of teachers to improve teaching methods and positive interaction with students.

This training In coordination with SCMCHA, as well as the education office, and in collaboration with supervisors from both directorates.
