ضمن خطة وأنشطة مشروع “تحسين حماية وتمكين الأطفال المعرضين للخطر والمتضررين من الحرب من خلال المعرفة والمهارات الحياتية والفرص الإجتماعية والإقتصادية والوصول إلى خدمات جيدة” الممول من منظمة اليونيسف، إختتمت مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية (ZDF) صباح يوم الخميس الموافق ٢٠٢٤/٢/٨م نشاط تدريب المدربين TOT في مجال المهارات الحياتية، والذي استهدف ٩ مدربين من (6) مدارس و (1) جمعية محلية بمديريتيّ (رازح-حيدان).
إستمر التدريب لمدة 12 يوماً بغرض تأهيل هؤلاء المعلمين والكوادر التعليمية والإدارية في المدارس والجمعية المحلية المستضيفة لأنشطة المشروع، وإكسابهم المهارات والقدرات الفاعلة كمدربين محترفين في مجال المهارات الحياتية، والذين بدورهم سيقومون بتدريب (240) طالب وطالبة من المدارس المستهدفة ومن مجتمع مديريتي (حيدان-ورازح).
ستستمر دورات المهارات الحياتية التي سينفذها المدربين لمدة إسبوعين كاملين وذلك قبل انتهاء الشهر الحالي فبراير ٢٠٢٤م، والذي سيعقبها العديد من الأنشطة المتنوعة بحيث سيشارك فيها الطلاب والطالبات الملتحقين بهذه الدورات، كالمبادرات الفنية والرياضة وجلسات التوعية وكذلك أنشطة التدريب المهني والتمكين الإقتصادي، وذلك بحسب خطة المشروع الذي تنفذه المؤسسة في محافظة صعدة للسنة الثالثة على التوالي في مديريات مختلفة.
يُنفَّذ هذا المشروع بالتنسيق مع فرع المجلس الأعلى لإدارة وتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية والتعاون الدولي، وتحت إشراف مكتبيّ التربية والتعليم والشؤون الإجتماعية والعمل بالمحافظة.
Within the plan and activities of “Improving protection and empowering children and adolescents girls and boys at risk and affected by conflict through provision knowledge, life skills, socio-economic empowerment and access to quality services in Sa’dah” project funded by UNICEF, Al-Zahra Development Foundation (ZDF) concluded today’s morning, Thursday (February 8, 2024) a ToT training course on life skills, which targeted (9) male and female trainers from (6) schools and (1) CBO in (Razih-Haidan) districts.
The training continued for 12 days with the aim of qualifying these teachers, educational and administrative staff in schools and CBO hosting project activities, as well as providing them with effective skills and capabilities as professional trainers in the field of life skills, who in turn will train (240) male and female students from targeted schools and community of (Haidan-Razih) districts.
The life skills courses that will be implemented by those trainers will continue for a couple of weeks before the end of the current month (February, 2024), which will be followed by many diverse activities in which male and female students will be enrolled in, such as artistic and sport initiatives, peer to peer awareness sessions, as well as vocational training and economic empowerment activities, according to the project plan that It is implemented by (ZDF) in Sa’dah Governorate for the third year in row and in different districts.
This project is being implemented in coordination with SCMCHA, and under supervision of Education and Social Affairs and Labor Offices in the governorate.
