في إطار مشاريعها التي تسعى لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة وتأهيل الفرد وتمكينه إقتصادياً للمساهمة في إكتفائه الذاتي ورفع المستوى المعيشي للمجتمع، نفذت مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية (ZDF) بالتنسيق مع المجلس الأعلى لإدارة وتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية والتعاون الدولي وبالشراكة مع مكتب التعليم الفني والتدريب المهني بالمحافظة، نشاط التدريب المهني والتمكين في مجاليَّ (صيانة الدراجات النارية-الخياطة والتطريز) الذي استوعب (١٠٠) متدرب ومتدربة، (٤٧ فتاة و ٥٣ شاب) مِن مستفيدِّيّ دورات المهارات الحياتية المنفذة سابقاً في فبراير ومارس الماضيين من هذا العام، عبر الجمعية المحلية وال(٦) المدارس المستهدفة من أنشطة “تحسين حماية وتمكين الأطفال المعرضين للخطر والمتضررين من الحرب من خلال توفير المعرفة والمهارات الحياتية والفرص الإجتماعية والإقتصادية والوصول إلى خدمات جيدة” بمديريتيَّ (حيدان-رازح) الممول من منظمة اليونيسف. إستمر التدريب لأربعة أسابيع وذلك خلال الشهر الماضي (مايو ٢٠٢٤م).

وفي سياق أنشطة المشروع فإن ملتحقيّ التدريب المهني من الشباب والفتيات تم الحاقهم في الإسبوع الماضي مباشرة بعد إنهائهم للتدريب المهني، بدورة تدريبية في مجال “إدارة الأعمال وإدارة المشاريع الصغيرة” والذي استمر لمدة ستة أيام بداية من السبت الموافق ٢٠٢٤/٦/١م وحتى الخميس الموافق ٢٠٢٤/٦/٦م، كجزء من خطة النشاط لتعريف الشباب والفتيات على متطلبات سوق العمل قبل إستلامهم لحقائب التمكين الإقتصادي لمساعدتهم على إدارة مشاريعهم الذاتية إدارياً ومالياً.

Within the framework of its projects that seek to achieve sustainable development goals, economic empowerment and rehabilitation of individuals to contribute in its self-sufficiency and to raise the living standards of community, Al-Zahra Development Foundation (ZDF), in coordination with SCMCHA and in partnership with Technical Education and Vocational Training Office in Sada’h governorate, implemented a vocational training activity on both (motorcycle maintenance-sewing and embroidery) areas, which included (100) adolescent girls and boys, who were previously involved in life skills training courses in last February and May 2024, through CBO and (6) schools targeted by activities of “Improving protection and empowering children and adolescents girls and boys at risk and affected by conflict through provision knowledge, life skills, socio-economic empowerment and access to quality services in Sa’dah” project in both (Haidan-Razih) districts, funded by UNICEF. The training lasted for four weeks during past month (May, 2024).

In the context of project’s activities, the (100) adolescent girls and boys have been directly enrolled last week (June 1-6, 2024) in a “finance and business start up” training course, as a part of activities plan to acquaint these adolescent trainees with requirements of labor market before they would empowered and supported with economic kits to assis.
