مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية (ZDF) تدرب (80) شاب وشابة في مجال( إدارة المشاريع وإدارة المشاريع الصغيره ) Al-Zahara Developement Foundation (ZDF) has Trained (80) male and female youth project management & Business grant.

في إطار أنشطة مشروع “تحسين حماية وتمكين الأطفال المعرضين للخطر والمتضررين من الحرب من خلال توفير المعرفة والمهارات الحياتية والفرص الإجتماعية والإقتصادية والوصول إلى خدمات جيدة” بمديريتيَّ (صعدة – سحار) الممول من منظمة اليونيسف.
عملت مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية (ZDF) على إشراك ملتحقيّ التدريب المهني من الشباب والفتيات الذين سبق وشاركوا في أنشطة تأهيلية مع المؤسسة، بدورة تدريبية أخرى في مجال “إدارة الأعمال وإدارة المشاريع الصغيرة” والتي استمرت لستة أيام، وذلك من التاريخ ٢٠٢١/٧/١٠م وحتى الخميس الموافق ٢٠٢١/٧/١٥م .
يأتي هذا التدريب لغرض تعريف الشباب والفتيات على متطلبات سوق العمل قبل إستلامهم لحقائب التمكين الإقتصادي من أجل مساعدتهم على إدارة مشاريعهم الذاتية إدارياً ومالياً.
Within the framework of “Improving Protection and Empowerment of Children at Risk and Affected by War by Providing Knowledge, Life Skills, Social and Economic Opportunities and Access to Quality Services” project’s activities in both (Sada’h – Sahar) districts, funded by UNICEF, Al-Zahra Development Foundation (ZDF) has engaged the (78) male and female youth who were previously enrolled in the vocational training, in another “finance and business start up” training course, which lasted for six days, from Saturday (July 10, 2021) to Thursday (July 15, 2021).
This training comes for the purpose of introducing those youth to the requirements of the labor market before they receive the economic empowerment kits in order to help them to manage their own projects administratively and financially.
