مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية (ZDF) تفتتح مركز الأسر المنتجة لأحفاد بلال. Al-Zahra Development Foundation (ZDF), inaugurates the Productive Families Center for Bilal’s grandsons.
إفتتح وكيل محافظة صعدة محسن صالح الحمزي ومدير مكتب الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل سلطان راشد مركز الأسر المنتجة لأحفاد بلال، كما تم الإفتتاح بحضور نائب فرع الامانة العامة للمجلس الإنساني حميد مهمل والمدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة الزهراء التنموية محمد الدولة.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن مكتب الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل بالمحافظه قام ببناء مبنى الجمعية الذي يضم مكتب الجمعية والمعمل والوحدة الصحية وبدعم من مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية في تجهيز معمل الخياطة والتطريز مزوداً بعشرين مكينة خياطة بمستلزماتها إلى جانب أدوات التطريز.
وكذلك ترميم وتأثيث وتجهيز جمعية الوحدة التنموية الخيرية لأحفاد بلال وتوفير منظومة طاقة شمسية متكاملة لتشغيل المعمل والوحدة الصحية بتمويل ذاتي من مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية.
وخلال الإفتتاح أكد الحمزي أنّ الدولة حريصة على الإهتمام بشريحة أحفاد بلال وفق الرؤية الوطنية لبناء الدولة المدنية الحديثة مشيراً إلى أنّ التهميش لم يكن مقصور على أحفاد بلال فقط، فقد فكان الجميع مهمش ومحروم وفئة قليلة هي التي أستأثرت بالثروة، متمنياً نجاح المركز والعاملين فيه والمستفيدين من خدماته ومثمناً لجهود مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية.
ومن جانبه أوضح مدير مكتب الشؤون الإجتماعية والعمل بأنه تم إفتتاح المركز من أجل مكافحة التسول وتوفير مهارات حرفية من أجل التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة، مؤكداً الى أنه سيتم دعمه وتطويره وفتح أقسام طباعة وغيرها من الحرف اليدوية.
وأشار أ.محمدالدولة إلى أن المشروع يهدف الى إيجاد تنمية مستدامة ودمج أحفاد بلال كشريحة منتجة ترفد السوق المحلي، داعياً جميع منظمات المجتمع المدني إلى الإلتفات الى هذه الشريحة ودعمها.
حضر الإفتتاح منسق المشروع أ.عبدالله المتميز ورئيس جمعية الوحدة التنموية الخيرية لأحفاد بلال أ.زيد عبدالله.
The Undersecretary of Sada’h Governorate Mohsen Saleh Al-Hamzi and Director of the Social Affairs and Labor Office Sultan Rashid inaugurated the Productive Families Center for Bilal’s grandsons, the inauguration was also attended by the Deputy General Secretariat of SCMCHA, Hameedd Muhamil, and the Executive Manager of (ZDF), Muhammad Al-Dawllah.
It is worth noting that the Social Affairs and Labor Office in the governorate built the association’s building, which includes the association’s office, lab and health unit, with the support of Al-Zahra Development Foundation (ZDF), in equipping the sewing and embroidery lab, equipped with twenty sewing machines with their supplies, in addition to embroidery tools.
As well as restoring, furnishing and equipping the Unity Development Charitable Association for Bilal’s grandsons, and providing an integrated solar energy system to operate the center and health unit, with self-financing from Al-Zahra Development Foundation (ZDF).
During the opening, Al-Hamzi insures that the government is keen to take care of Bilal’s grandsons in accordance with the national vision of building a modern civil state, pointing out that marginalization was not limited to Bilal’s grandsons only, as everyone was marginalized and deprived, and only a small group accounted for the wealth, wishing the success of the center, its workers and beneficiaries from its services and appreciating the efforts of (ZDF).
For his part, the Director of the Social Affairs and Labor Office explained that the center was opened in order to combat beggary and provide craft skills for the economic empowerment of women, insuring that it will be supported and developed with printing department and other handicrafts.
Mr. Muhammad Al-Dawllah pointed out that the project aims to create sustainable development and integrate Bilal’s grandsons as a productive segment that feeds the local market, calling on all civil society organizations to support and to pay attention to this segment.
The opening was attended by the project coordinator, Mr. Abdullah Al-Mutamayz, and the head of the Unity Charitable Development association for Bilal’s grandsons, Mr. Zaid Abdullah.
