مبادرات (إبتكارية – تعليمية – ترفيهية – إعلامية – مجتمعية)، نفذتها مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية (ZDF) خلال شهر (أكتوبر 2021م).(innovative – educational – entertainment – media – community) Initiatives, implemented by Al-Zahra Development Foundation (ZDF) during (October, 2021).

مبادرات (إبتكارية – تعليمية – ترفيهية – إعلامية – مجتمعية)، نفذتها مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية (ZDF) خلال شهر (أكتوبر 2021م).
في أندية اليافعين الأربعة بالجمعيات المحلية وفي العشر المدارس المستهدفة من أنشطة مشروع “تحسين حماية وتمكين الأطفال المعرضين للخطر والمتضررين من الحرب في صعدة” الممول من منظمة اليونيسف، نفذت مؤسسة الزهراء التنموية (16) مبادرة منها أربع تعليمية وأربع إبتكارية وكذلك أربع مبادرات ترفيهية في ال (10) المدارس المستهدفة من أنشطة المشروع في مديريتيّ (صعدة – سحار)، إلى جانب أربع مبادرات مجتمعية تم تنفيذها من قبل شباب وفتيات الأندية في الأربع الجمعيات المحلية المشاركة في المشروع. أما المبادرات الإعلامية فقد تم تنفيذها من قبل الشباب والفتيات أعضاء الفريق الإعلامي للمشروع الذين تم التحاقهم سابقاً بدورة العمل الوثائقي في أغسطس الماضي 2021م، بحيث قام الفريق الإعلامي بتوثيق جميع الأنشطة التي تم تنفيذها خلال الشهرين الماضيين من جلسات توعوية ومبادرات.
المبادرات التعليمية الأربع تم تنفيذها في أربع مدارس عن طريق الطلاب والطالبات، منها إثنتين للذكور وإثنتين للإناث وقد تضمنت أنشطة صيانة لأبواب ونوافذ وكراسي الفصول الدراسية.
أربع مبادرات إبتكارية نفذها طلاب وطالبات أربع مدارس أخرى من خلال تركيب محميات زراعية صغيرة في ساحات المدارس.
أما الجانب الفني والأنشطة الترفيهية، فهناك أربع مبادرات ترفيهية وفنية تم تنفيذها في مدرستين للذكور ومدرستين للإناث شارك فيها طلاب وطالبات هذه الأربع المدارس، بحيث تضمنت أنشطة رياضية ورسم وتلوين واكسسوارات.
أما دور المجتمع في هذه المبادرات، فقد قام شباب وفتيات أندية اليافعين في الجمعيات الأربع بتنفيذ أربع مبادرات إنشطرت إلى جزئين؛ الجزء الأول يحتوي على نشاطيّ تشجير تم تنفيذها في ساحة مقر نادي اليافعين بجمعية رعاية وتأهيل المعاقين حركياً، والجزء الثاني كان عبارة عن حملتيّ نظافة تم تنفيذ واحدة منها في نادي اليافعين بجمعية رعاية وتأهيل المعاقين حركياً وأخرى في نادي اليافعين بجمعية الوحدة الخيرية التنموية.
تأتي هذه المبادرات ضمن أهداف تعزيز العملية التعليمية والمشاركة المجتمعية من خلال إشراك طلبة المدارس وكذلك الشباب والفتيات من المجتمع في الانشطة والفعاليات التي تسعى إلى تقوية قدرات ومهارات الشباب والأطفال.

In the four youth clubs in local associations and in the ten schools targeted by the activities of “Improving Protection and Empowerment of Children at Risk and Affected by War in Sada’h ” project funded by UNICEF, Al-Zahra Development Foundation (ZDF) has implemented (16) initiatives, including four “learning”, four “innovative” as well as four “recreational” initiatives in the (10) schools targeted by the project activities in the both (Sa’dah – Sahar) districts, in addition to four “community” initiatives implemented by the male and female adolescents of clubs in the four local associations participating in the project. As for the “media” initiatives, they were implemented by male and female adolescents, members of the media team of the project, who had previously joined the documentary work course last (August, 2021). The media documented all the activities implemented during the past two months, including awareness sessions and initiatives.
The four learning initiatives were implemented in four schools by male and female students, two for males and two for females, and included maintenance activities for classroom doors, windows and desks.
Four innovative initiatives implemented by the students of other four schools through the installation of small agricultural reserves in the school yards.
As for the artistic side and recreational activities, there were four recreational and artistic initiatives that were implemented in two male and two female schools, in which male and female students from these four schools participated. They included sports activities, drawing, coloring and accessories.
As for the community’s role in these initiatives, the male and female adolescents in the clubs of the four associations had implemented four initiatives that were splitting into two parts. The first part contains two afforestation activities that were implemented in the premises of the adolescents’s Club of “Care and Rehabilitation of the Physically Handicapped” association, and the second part consisted of two cleaning campaigns, one of which was also carried out in the adolescents’s Club of “Care and Rehabilitation of the Physically Handicapped” association and the other was in the adolescents’s Club of “Unity Charitable Development” association.
These initiatives come within the objectives of enhancing the educational process and community participation by engaging school students as well as youth from the community in activities and events that seek to strengthen their capabilities and skills.
